In this position you will lead a team of support engineers, represent the company towards our clients
As Head of Application Support head up the ensure delivery of Risk Management software and services that are properly quality assured, packaged, documented and supportable from the ground up. The team you lead will support on both business and technology topics relevant to my client’s Risk products, backed up by the software development and quantitative teams.
The team also acts as subject matter experts in the areas of supportable architectures, client processes, quality automation, packaging and client support. Working in an environment with the following technologies Java, Python, SQL and containerized applications Docker/Kubernetes and supporting version control tools,
As Head of Application Support you will demonstrate profound understanding of technology and the challenges within implementation and support.
