Service Desk Team Lead/Consultant (O365, MS, Cloud) – Cambridge – £28k-32k + benefits

A brilliant opportunity for a Service Desk Consultant to work for a FMCG company in Cambridgeshire who are hiring multiple people as a part of their exponential growth in their IT department.


  • Strong customer service skills
  • 5+ years experience within the service desk/support
  • Demonstrated 1st line support skills (Office365, Active Directory, MS Applications)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, handling service requests and incidents via phone and email
  • Ability to train junior members
