Are you an enthusiast PMO professional who is looking for a kick ass new mission in the Mechelen area? Our client is a well known business in Belgium that is running a large ERP program and can do with your help to support 2 project managers and 1 program manager.
The program stretches across several departments including finance, legal, hr and marketing, You will be supporting the PM’s and putting together a solid yet pragmatic program management support methodology to minimise overhead yet facilitate program functioning and reporting. As a PMO you will deliver templates and deliverables for follow up of risk and activities as well as issues and dependencies and make sure everyone uses your templates.
You are not afraid to chase people when necessary and will make sure the job gets done. You will follow up on calendars as well as help with input on documents and presentations and take minutes of key meetings. Next to this you can support the program manager in writing and rolling out internal communications.
As a PMO professional you have experience in large IT related programs (ERP related would be absolutely perfect) and structure comes to you naturally. You provide support and mitigate risks, are a team player and an advocate for change.
