Working for a leading Wealth management firm located in the City of London. My client is seeking a skilled data engineer on a contract basis (Inside Ir35) for an initial 6 month contract – extensions likely beyond that.
You’ll be involved in migrating and re-engineering a set of products from Hadoop to a new cloud based, data science platform.
You’ll have experience ;
– developing, designing and deploying data engineering pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS preferably)
– knowledge of Object stores, RDBMS and SQL (Hive, Snowflake and Spark)
– Python (Pandas, PySpark)
– AWS Orchestration
– DevOps
6 month contract paying up to £900 pd (Inside)
