Our Client has an opportunity for an Agile coach, guiding senior leadership in a professional agile organization that is continuously improving. You will join a high profile, dynamic team to make strategic plans independently and then implement them. With your strategic advisory skills and execution power, you ensure that the Agile organization is further realized. You will connect people, and have strong stakeholder management skills, and through collaboration, improve, with the other agile coaches on the way of working. You are someone who looks broader than just the question that is asked, is more controlling from analysis on what needs to be done.
Do you have demonstrable customer focus, storytelling, consultancy skills, coaching, agility and emotional intelligence? Can you work with a helicopter view comfortably?
